Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes, we have a strict policy:
1. No returns if opened
We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds if the perfume seal has been broken, cellophane removed, or product has been sprayed or used.
2. Damaged, leaking or wrong scent
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong fragrance, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and video of the parcel (unopened). We will arrange a free replacement or refund within 3 business days after verification.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us within 2 hours of ordering and before dispatch. Once your order has been handed to The Courier Guy, it can no longer be cancelled.
4. Change of mind (sealed only)
If you change your mind, you may return the product within 3 days of delivery, provided it is still sealed and unused. You will cover the return courier cost. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days minus original shipping.
