Shipping & Delivery Policy

1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries.

1. Door to Door Delivery: R120 flat rate. Free delivery for orders over R1000.

2. Locker to Locker (Pudo / Courier Guy Locker): R79 flat rate. Free delivery for orders over R1000.

Note: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Remote / outlying areas may incur an additional surcharge as per courier rates.

• KZN: 1-3 business days
• Gauteng & other main centres: 2-4 business days
• Remote / outlying areas: 3-6 business days

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and Email.

Please ensure your street address, locker location, and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Uncollected locker parcels returned to us will be resent at customer's cost.
